About Edenscheme

Recognising a demand for reliable and consistent business telephony, Director Richard Kennedy established Eden Telecom Limited in 2011. Joined by former colleague Andy Payne, the pair quickly expanded Eden’s portfolio to provide a complete suite of business technology products and services.

Since then the team has grown and we have gone on to gain an exceptional reputation for our commitment to helping businesses and education establishments to reduce their IT & telecommunication expenditure.

Addressing the difficult task that organisations face with connecting their IT & communications technology, we have shown rapid growth across all aspects of the business, allowing a growing customer list to have one trusted advisor for all their technology and telecoms requirements.

Following the addition of Eden Repair Centre to our extensive portfolio in 2015, our reputation grew across the education sector, offering a professional repair service with quick turnaround times and 12-month guarantee for iPads, Laptops, Chromebooks, Smartphones and other similar devices. 

Our partnership with Summit Insurance Services Ltd to provide their ‘CompuCover’ insurance product for IT equipment once again extended our product offering and allowed Eden to provide a managed device solution for organisations across the UK.

THE BIRTH OF EDEN SCHEME

Establishing our IT & Repair services into the education sector opened the opportunity for Eden to provide a full Device solution, encompassing a device, insurance, protective case and other accessories where requested.

After consultations with various existing customers, it was soon apparent that there was a further opportunity in the market to provide a fully managed 1-to-1 program, where all students are provided with their own tablet, laptop, Chromebook or other mobile device.  

It was key that we provided the solution based around the needs of the education sector rather than our own product model.
